These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the S+ Mobile Auto Detailing ("S+", "we", "us", or "our") website and your booking and use of our mobile auto detailing services. By accessing this site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.
S+ provides mobile auto detailing services in Colorado Springs, Colorado and surrounding areas. All service prices displayed on this website are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size and condition, including factors such as excessive pet hair, heavy staining, severe soiling, or specialty work. If additional charges are needed, we will discuss them with you before performing any additional work. A personal vehicle assessment may be required to determine the final cost.
Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee an appointment time or final price. All booking requests are subject to review and confirmation by the S+ team. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking request at our discretion, including due to scheduling conflicts or service limitations.
S+ Mobile Auto Detailing currently requires access to a standard outdoor water source and an electrical outlet at the service location. If these are unavailable, please notify us before your appointment so we can determine whether the service can be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if site conditions prevent safe or effective work.
Payment is due after your service is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No deposit is required to submit a booking request. We will discuss any pricing adjustments with you before performing additional work. Accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes or fees will be communicated at the time of service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
S+ Clean Club recurring maintenance services are available to returning customers who meet the eligibility requirements following an eligible Premium Detail. Members must complete each Clean Club service within the selected monthly or bi-monthly period. Missing a service period may reset eligibility and require a new Premium Detail before Clean Club services resume.
Headlight Lens Restoration includes a 1-year workmanship warranty and up to 3 years of UV protection, as described on the service page. Unless otherwise stated, detailing services are provided "as is" without additional warranties. Warranty claims are subject to our review and may be void if the vehicle is damaged or improperly maintained after service.
You are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. S+ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items. Please inform us of any pre-existing damage or specific concerns before service begins. We are not liable for damage to items left in the vehicle or for pre-existing conditions that are not disclosed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S+ Mobile Auto Detailing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
